Just a generally great all round hotel, in a very central location.

很舒服的一家度假酒店，酒店中心位置有游泳池，躺在游泳池边很舒服。早餐挺丰富的，酒店挺安静。美中不足是淋浴的水有点小。?

I spent two nights with my father and my brother. It was very nice. Breakfast was a little bit poor but whatever we had was quite good. Other from that it was nice location in the old city of Chiang Mai. Everything was by foot
and we liked it.

Get the room with a nice balcony facing the pool and courtyard!! Easy walking around old town.
We enjoyed our stay !
Bed was comfortable, room was big, nice balcony
Big bathroom but it had a confusing shower wand and shower head.
Room did have a step up in the room to a raised floor
About 8 inches.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant so we can’t help with that !

Quite old furniture but well maintain and clean
Location is great near to wat prasing. In the moring parking is full and lot of van waiting for tourist

Where do I start? The shoebox room was not close to what we paid for. The staff was inattentive, causing us to purchase our own toilet paper and water. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel all around Asia. Save your money and sleep on the beach....filthy, old and forsaken establishment.

??设计好奇怪 酒店 八大罪??
「1」房间没牙刷 必须到前台要求领取 但前台经常话没牙刷
「2」一间双人大床房 竟然会有一个尿兜 还要在门后 到底是房间还是公厕??
「3」开瓶器竟然在马桶旁边 意思是叫人去马桶喝啤酒？
「4」房间多处地方非常多蚂蚁 已经叫职员帮忙处理 但系蚂蚁依然一样多 浴缸 床边 露台 洗手盆 大量蚂蚁
「5」洗澡 经常没有热水 有时是中午没有 有时是早上没有 有时是晚上没有
「6」浴室配备 公众用按压式散装洗头水冲凉液 另外会配备小支装冲凉液洗头水 但当你用完小支装 要求前台提供 前台会说他们没有 要等第二天的清洁部 难道他们不是同一酒店部门同事？
「7」Wi-Fi很差 在酒店几小时就断开一次 每次都要重新连接Wi-Fi再上酒店官网输入资料
「8」住了几天 经常在晚上 凌晨时分 都突然断电 然后几秒钟后 电力重开

We enjoyed our stay at De Lanna Hotel. Excellent location in the old town of Chiang Mai with many good restaurants and spas nearby. There was only warm water in the shower for the first two days, but on the third day, the water was hot enough.
