Just a generally great all round hotel, in a very central location.

很舒服的一家度假酒店，酒店中心位置有游泳池，躺在游泳池邊很舒服。早餐挺豐富的，酒店挺安靜。美中不足是淋浴的水有點小。?

I spent two nights with my father and my brother. It was very nice. Breakfast was a little bit poor but whatever we had was quite good. Other from that it was nice location in the old city of Chiang Mai. Everything was by foot
and we liked it.

Get the room with a nice balcony facing the pool and courtyard!! Easy walking around old town.
We enjoyed our stay !
Bed was comfortable, room was big, nice balcony
Big bathroom but it had a confusing shower wand and shower head.
Room did have a step up in the room to a raised floor
About 8 inches.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant so we can’t help with that !

Quite old furniture but well maintain and clean
Location is great near to wat prasing. In the moring parking is full and lot of van waiting for tourist

Where do I start? The shoebox room was not close to what we paid for. The staff was inattentive, causing us to purchase our own toilet paper and water. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel all around Asia. Save your money and sleep on the beach....filthy, old and forsaken establishment.

??設計好奇怪 酒店 八大罪??
「1」房間沒牙刷 必須到前臺要求領取 但前臺經常話沒牙刷
「2」一間雙人大床房 竟然會有一個尿兜 還要在門后 到底是房間還是公廁??
「3」開瓶器竟然在馬桶旁邊 意思是叫人去馬桶喝啤酒？
「4」房間多處地方非常多螞蟻 已經叫職員幫忙處理 但系螞蟻依然一樣多 浴缸 床邊 露臺 洗手盆 大量螞蟻
「5」洗澡 經常沒有熱水 有時是中午沒有 有時是早上沒有 有時是晚上沒有
「6」浴室配備 公眾用按壓式散裝洗頭水沖涼液 另外會配備小支裝沖涼液洗頭水 但當你用完小支裝 要求前臺提供 前臺會說他們沒有 要等第二天的清潔部 難道他們不是同一酒店部門同事？
「7」Wi-Fi很差 在酒店幾小時就斷開一次 每次都要重新連接Wi-Fi再上酒店官網輸入資料
「8」住了幾天 經常在晚上 凌晨時分 都突然斷電 然后幾秒鐘后 電力重開

We enjoyed our stay at De Lanna Hotel. Excellent location in the old town of Chiang Mai with many good restaurants and spas nearby. There was only warm water in the shower for the first two days, but on the third day, the water was hot enough.
